We are subject to availability, able to draw up Wills for any person with a property or assets and deal with any individual requirements. We will advise you of the available options as to how your assets can be left.

We can also, subject to availability, deal with the probate of a straightforward small estate. Our fee for probate work is usually 1% of the value of the estate plus VAT plus the probate registry fees and other disbursements that may be payable.

Our probate service includes preparing the inheritance tax and probate forms and applying for the grant of probate for you. Once the probate has been granted we can then deal with the administration of the estate in accordance with the grant of probate and any Will.

This service does not include any disputes over wills and inheritance.
