We can deal with private crime matters in the Manchester area, focusing on motoring offences on a private paying basis only.

We can provide advice and assistance if you have or are to be charged with a motoring offence, such as drink driving or driving without insurance. We can accompany you as your representative at any police station interview and also represent you at Court.

We are not publicly funded for such work and you should check whether you would be eligible for public funding.

We will charge for such services on an hourly rate timed basis based on government guidelines. As at 1 January 2020 the current hourly rate is £217.00 plus VAT per hour with calls and letters in and out charged at 1/6th of the hourly rate.
